Posted Thu February 02, 2012
The NFPA released changes to the Life Safety Code for January and February of this year. Code changed include provisions for corridor width, furniture in corridors and even some cooking to be allowed in corridors. The idea is that healthcare facilities would look more like a home and improve the quality of life for long term residents.
The interview and information can be found on NFPA’s website.
